Bio I am a happily married Mama of two beautiful, funny, amazingly articulate, creative, infuriating, strong-willed, sensitive, compassionate, sweet-smelling, smart, interesting and lovely children. We had homebirths (one of them unassisted), breastfed for years, left our son's penis intact, co-slept (and still do sometimes)...we are life learning/unschooling folks who love to be together and take walks, paint, draw, read, laugh, ride bikes, have picnics, wrestle and talk honestly and openly with each other. I am crazy about my husband who I've been with for nearly 16 years. We try to eat naturally and mostly organic but we do eat junk food sometimes and meat once in a while. We strive to be happy and kind and authentic as much as we can. The love of travel that my husband and I had before we got kids screaming in car seats, is starting to return. We like to travel off the beaten path...we're good at stumbling upon great places and people when we travel. I am blessed to have many true friends, a husband who I admire and adore and two kids who I want to gobble up...I've learned that happiness is a choice and I choose it most days. Someday my husband and I are going to take a romantic trip for two to Croatia!
